All hidden

Got late news of the death of late Shafiqah Laila, Kak Anne's last daughter. I have nt contacted them for a year. N this sudden news just shocked me. Bbyg break the news only now tht she just gt the news. Its been months back! Kak Anne have been looking for me bt she cant.

I have mixed feelings of whether they can accept how things are. Like i cant contact them directly n stuff. Bt, knowing they are still looking fr me, i knew they cn accept the situation.

I feel really useless tht i am not there at their lowest. I knew it wud break their heart even more tht i no longer come to visit them. But how am i to tell them all this situation? Maybe, they knew abt all this. If nt, why wud i just go missing for a year, right?

I miss them. Really miss them alot. I wanna hug them n tell them how much i misses them. They are always in my prayers. I wonder how they are. Grieving? Depress? Blaming themselves for the death? I hope they are coping. I really hope they do.

Till then, my heart hurts typing all this. I cant bare to not be there to see all this.

USS Halloween Horror Night 4!

Hello Everyone!

Another post again.

Its October, So it is the SPOOKY month. Oh yes! 

What we decided at the last minute was to enjoy USS Halloween Horror Night 4 this year! I am sucha scaredy cat in Haunted Houses. REALLY! I would usually scream all the way! Well, that was the last one I had in Thailand pulling my Lil Bro's shirt from the back hiding my face. HAHA!

This time round, The first Haunted House was The Lab. The queue was damn LONG! We were stuck there for almost 2 hours plus! Till we even decide to get drinks, hot dogs, corn dog etc. HAHA! Thats not all, we almost had a fight with some CHINA GIRLS coming in through our queue just like that! And they were talking in their language behind us like as if it was our fault! Okay, anyways, tht was the worst Haunted HOUSE! There were dangling body parts and One upside down body, wriggling on our paths. Seriously, I SCREAMED because it was just so gross and touching me. EEEEW! There were so many ALIENS around! Really alot! It was fine with the Aliens invading us and all till the last part where there were 2 big Aliens slapping their hands out at us. I was hugging my BBYG and we stopped because they were hitting on our legs! So I screamed "JANGAN PUKUL! JANGAN PUKUL PUKUL! NAK JALAN!" And we scram our way through! Damn funny lah when I came out.

Because that was by far the longest queue ever, The smokers had their puffs and toilet break. Oh ya, there was a total of 9 of us! Even my colleagues tagged along with us at the last minute when BBYG said she wants to sell off 2 more tickets and I had to help deal another ticket for another colleague. So, we proceeded over finding and looking at which house to go with the shortest time. We walked pass Mati Camp and it was like showing 2 hours! Walked again through Egypt Area, where most there was some Red Indians (One just like POCAHONTAS y'know!) Took photos with just one or two of them and we walk off to ACCELERATOR RIDE. Okay, all ride except me and BBYG bcos I had to accompany her to the ladies. 

Then, we checked the TRANSFORMER RIDE, it was like also 2 hours plus! Then walk again with some other ghosts at the SESAME ST and photo taking. Okay, that one geli k cos there were like 2 crawling around. 

We walked on to check on the Last Show for Jack's Circus. Afterwhich we decided to go to BOOGEYMAN. Okay, this one also have one dangling body and hanging cloths everywhere. This time round, I pulled Mr. Fiance around. There were many girls with dolls. And all the closets with the PEE KA BOO. I never liked that. But I only screamed once. HAHA!

So, we then head on back for THE MUMMY RIDE. BBYG with her legs braces, opened it up and head on for the ride too. LUCKILY, nothing happened. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. Then, we just try on Mati Camp again, and this time it was already at a shorter time. A very fast queue, we went inside Mati Camp House, okay, this one not that creepy. There were more on soldiers, some nurses trying to poke me with their needles and shaking beds! HAhahaha! Done with that, puffs and head to the last show. By then, it was already almost 1.15am for the show. The show lasted till about 2am. Quite boring lah the show, but mayb bcos everyone was pretty much tired by then.

CAB and head over to BBYG's crib with Mr. Fiance, grab some light snacks and drinks, sent her home and took our helmets for us to head back home too. Tiring but fun.

Mr. Fiance had to work morning shift like just hours away. Pity him but appreciate all his sacrifices. I mean, he always tries to tag along in any outings as possible even is he had to work morning shift the next day. At the worst part is, he told me he is doing OT. Without any sleep from last night! Make me all Guilty for this you see. Nonetheless, he will never to fail to be the BEST. He seem not to understand some rationals in some ways (well, somtimes) but he will, after sometime ofcourse! The reason being why I love this MAN is because, he learns from mistakes (Well, I learned mine too but at TIMES, it can be pretty much difficult ok......) Despite that, he never gives up hope, even he did almost wanted to. We can quarrel at almost everything at times, really every small things, but we will still LOVE each other the same. There might just be a Blessing in Disguise. Not now, but maybe soon, months, years. Who knows right? 

In the midst of all this Wedding Plans that we are having, we are really cracking up to find as much vendor quotations as possible. But ofcos, without help from our closest people, all this wouldn't even be possible. We just hope, everything will go as planned.

Deposits and more deposits

This post is just another update.

We are pretty much quite confirm on depositing for our Bridal + Videography + Photography. All under one roof! YES. It is so worth it. Why not right? If we can keep it into a budget then we should just go ahead with it. I think for very BTB bloggers that I've seen do mention on De'mure Weddings which has this popular 3 in 1 package that you will definitely not be able to get elsewhere. (I did my homework okay....) And to burst our budget taking separately is not what we wanted. Mr Fiance has no obligations to it as he finds it worthy as well! I told you the Mr don't mind at all since it is in our budget. So, as our previous appt with them had to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, I will be making another appt with De'mure again end of the month, Insyaallah, with the deposit.

Next thing on my list is to the quotations that I have in hand for catering and decor. Well, I have 2 in mind. One is definitely from Comel & Molek Decor which I am still waiting for his quotation. (He is sometimes fast, sometimes takes ages!) Im fine with it but just I need to look into my budget if it fits. If it doesn't, I am going to look into the other that I am interested on. I do have other quotations. For Cahaya Nanie, it is super cheap I tell you! But I have tasted their food, it is pretty bad. I don't quite liked it. I am not a fussy eater, but I do get worried if it is really bad you see. I got Anggun's packages as well. It awed me BUT is runs off a whole lot from our Budget. Really alot! So, I give it a pass. I loved Jentayu's decor but I know it will not be fitting in as well. Recently I found Q'yraDesign Wedding. Speedy Response! (I LIKE!) Decor looks really good as they collaborated with ISS Wedding, which they are really GOOD! The package they sent me fits into our Budget really well! So, I am really waiting for Comel & Molek to get back before I can decide to have Food Tasting session with the selected one. I REALLY HOPE THE FOOD IS GOOD ON BOTH SIDES! I really want to get it done and just pay here and there. ~ NO MORE PENING KEPALA LAH LIDDAT, Y'KNOW!~

Once I am able to settle this 2 Main things in my list, I can settle other more stuffs. The countdown numbers are getting lesser and it is more worrying then ever! Mr Fiance is now "Step Cool Abg2 GTB". Because he knows that I am outsourcing and doing the budgeting (Includes a Budget Sheet!) Mane nak dapat Tunang like me eh? I do still get him to outsource some other stuffs. Mainly what the GTBs are suppose to lah! Macam Kompang, Entertainment. That's all he needs to do at this moment lah. There will be more I tell you............... Tak boleh bagi muke he releks2 eh! HAHA!

I have enquired on Gubahan Trays as well. But, 2016 slots are not opened yet. Okay, maybe the one that I wanted. So, I am still enquiring around. Some do tell me to take Ribbons & Ties (Tu my sis wedding she used them bcos of "Kenalan") But, I wanted to check on something different. I actually loved Bonito by Bob's Gubahan Trays. Sadly, he is not taking in any slots. Not sure if he might do it for 2016. *Hoping*

Henna I don't have to worry because that can be settled with Mr Fiance's side. (Nasib lah kan ade!) 

Wedding Cakes. That I have like really alot I can choose from. And I know the budget I need to put in. Phew!!

Sireh Dara, Sireh Junjung and Bunga Paha. For Bunga Paha, I have alot from my sister's wedding which she had not used! Really man! She burst her initial budget! Just Sireh Dara and Sireh Junjung. That, I will see how lh kan. I know a few that is making it.

Invitations Cards, we plan to just do it in JB. Not sure if by the time my sis has time to design for us instead, and we just do printing. That would really save me!

That almost covers most of the things in my list. And now I tengok, pening-pening. 

It is not easy as ABC to kahwin-kahwin ni sume okay. Percaya lah ye..... But I just hope for a smooth sailing one. Insyaallah dipermudahkan, Amin.

Outdated much?

I know I had forgotten or kept most of my sister's wedding. Oh well. Up here, a few shots of it. :D

So.....

Next week I am going down over to meet my Bridal that I have been pestering and dragging my Fiancé along to quickly book them. They are not exactly whom I want but they have a very good package! Like "GRAB lah, ape lagi!" Furthermore, I actually look into both their makeup and outfits. Makeup looks fine. Outfits, just okay lah. Well, you don't always get best of both worlds! 

Wait till this list be striked off. Hehek!

I am now in the office, have no events at all for 2 days straight already! I am purely on boredom. But ohwell, I am waiting for the clock to strike 6pm. And poof! Meeting Fiancé and his friends to catch The Purge Anarchy tonight. Will update in the next post for ratings.

I miss my Long Hair!

Eversince my hair has been this "nowhere" length, I missed my LONG HAIR.

Hye Readers! 

Okay, Let's get away from the Wedding Preps for a moment. Pretty sad that we missed this Sep 2014's Mega Wedding. It's fine, we will go early next year so that we will be able to set our minds on our Wedding.

Meanwhile, I am down with Flu, Cough & Fever. A very good combo indeed! So, stayed home and eating porridge. Boring. But that's all I can do for the day.

Mr. Fiance has been really worried about me being home sick. He will call to ask if I wanted to eat anything. Whatsapping me, and again calling me to check. HAHA! So sweet of him. 

Whenever I think of him today, I was thinking of when he would help me to paste those nail stickers again.

Cute right?! How can it not be!

All this made me reminisce the moments at this time of the year last year. We were preparing for our Engagement and yet to choose the right date.

And now, this year, we are saving the date for our Wedding! Time flies real fast this year. Oh, pls let me breathe for a little while more.

In between all the wedding planning, Mr. Fiance has something in mind as well. We have just ordered ARAI Helmets. Not just one, but two! HAHA. That costs a bomb in my pockets! No more spending like this anymore! So, as a motivation, he would be excitedly passing his Class 2A so that he can wear those helmets with the New Bike. 

HAHA

What would I do without him? The sadness to my tears and the happiness to my smiles (I always do smile okay.....). InsyaAllah, all will go on smoothly.

Our next to do checklist:

• Booking of venue
• To register for the Pre-Marriage Course (Super Duper Important!)

It is still Raya!

I know my last post ain't far apart than this.

HELLO.

Came back from my short staycation over the weekends to my only Kampung. Attended a wedding invitation cum visiting for Raya.

The weather seems to occur the same as in SG. One minute its humid next thing it rains and back to the same cycle for the whole day. YEAP! Nothing new.

Bumped into my Aunt which had a punctured tyre to going over my Andak house (This is where my family will stay over for Raya or any occasions in the village) to Pasar Malam (Aimed to get hold of Nasi Kerabu. It's a fail!) to morning Pasar Lambak and Lunch cooked by Andak, which is 'Pecel'(If you know this Javanese dish than you must have a very good life like me!). 

So that is a new member to our Darael's Generation, my Twinny's Daughter. I feel rather old now for being an Aunt since I was young and now my 23 years of twin cousin is a Mother. Have a blessed Motherhood! I witnessed their Marriage, to being her Bridesmaid, a wife and now a Mother. I am tearing up now. Life is moving on too fast at this stage.

Anyways, someone is really excited to have his ARAI HELMET. Yup, you read it. Man's craze from Bikes to Helmets. His chanting has been working perhaps! So, ARAI it is and no more after. That will make Mr. Fiance be quiet for a while till he finds something new to brag about. Even so, that is just one of the reasons why I love him. I love to LAYAN his kerenahs. And him, having to put up with mine as well. Such ANGELS we are, aren't we?

With so much pesterings and questionings from so many people asking us when is our Wedding Day, hold your horses! We are still in the midst of planning. A date has been set by both of us but it will not be revealed as yet. A venue is still a complicated thing ever! 

But, let me recommend a Wedding Decor Service that you would definitely fell in love! 

Comel & Molek Decor is the #1 deco in my list should I require them. I liaised with Uncle Maslan and I know he has been doing the BEST OUT OF THE BEST! ComelMolek does almost alike to Jentayu (I think everyone loves them!) But he still has is original touch to it. Their good sense of Color Combinations is just what you wanted! They have a very good taste too tau! My sister once told me she wanted to engage them for her wedding but he was fully booked! So, tell me if they are not up to your expectations?? :)

I think I still have a lot more to go in my checklist. By far, we have settled these items.

• BTO Flat Selection
• Wedding Budgeting
• Save the Date

 What?! Only this?!

Alright...... Wait for more listings to be strike out. HAHA!

Okay. Maybe on my next post I will share a few Photographers/Videographers we had in mind since I will skip on Venue (hahahahahahahahah!)

A start to a New Year!

 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 , 6 Months! This blog has been a little dusty!

A little weird today that I remembered of my Blog here. Its been months! Oh well... All due to the biggest first preparation for my only sister's wedding that happened in April. I don't really get a chance to take much photos. But anyways, I wouldn't want to BRAGGGGGGG everything. Lucky for you guys, below is just part of the Solemnization montage.

So, here goes my countdown. How i WISH i wouldn't need to countdown. But, that will be the first step to my Wedding Planning. 

YES, YOU GUESSED IT RIGHT. We. have no plans yet what our wedding day would be like. No dreamers. No fairytale. BLABLABLA... List goes on and on........

SNAPS! This is the "REALITY". 

Me and my Mr. Fiance are not really looking at SUPER GRAND WEDDING. We want it simple, accessible, value for money. So, we can put aside some cash on Honeymoon and of course, what we can call it as Our Home.

Firstly, we are still deciding on the venue. But no matter, if our #1 disappoints us then, I have my back ups. Heh! Girls will always have back ups.

Mr. Fiance so far is handling photography/videography and DJ. Needless to say, the things that Man is best at.  HAHA!

Alright, I will write in more details as I progress on. Soon, it wouldn't be a secret anymore right? ;)

Date is quite confirmed as of now. But, dates might change in the long run. So, we are not really saving the date as yet. Insyaallah, we will get to decide towards the end of 2014. 

Pretty glad eventually that we have a handful of "spoilt for choices" who we want to engage for our wedding. Oh wells, time will tell. I will let your readers have your ideas.

Not to forget! My bridesmaids. My Bbyg will always be my main person to contact. In any case, I have my other bridesmaids in the list. And so, they will be my thinking cap's'! Heheh! 

Before I start to life my fingers off my keyboard (I tired leii, at work type, home type!) I would like to wish everyone, be it I know you or not, Salam Eid Mubarak! May this new year be a better one than the year before. As for me, I will see what else is in store for me! And to be a more pious Muslim, do more good deeds, losing weight and always being a handful of surprises to my only Mr. Fiance!

I am engaged!

Hola People!

I know it has been months since I last posted. And it is already 2014!

I had so many activities and events lined up for me that I was pretty sure I am fully occupied. Work has been in a good business month so don't mention how hectic it is at work. Everyday is super busy. Some days I won't be able to even have time to eat on time nor able to sit down for lunch (Like usually I will have sometime with my colleagues right?)

Okay, so my Engagement on 22 December 2013 went smoothly as planned. It was so short of a time that I didn't even realised the date was nearing and the next thing I knew, IT WAS A WRAP!

So, my relatives, friends and neighbours were invited. Well, I didn't intend to have many attendees. it was enough for me then. I get to meet my friends that has been ages I have not met, to my 11 years friend/neighbour, colleagues & whoever! Hahaha! Despite some had to work that day, it was a full house!

So, I will just let you guys have a look at some of the photos below.

  With Putri, Abg Moe's (Vibes Bridal Creative Director) daughter. Well, I have ever been so close to her during my days in the wedding industry. Eventually, I engaged them for my engagement! :) 

She is drop gorgeous!

These 2 ladies, Jaja & Mimi, despite them being younger than me in age, I was close to them during DANCING days. And OH! Not forgetting all the nonsensical stuffs we do. The crazy bunch! So we are all Grown UP! :D 

 The Girl Cousins (Including my sister). Ever so crazy them! And thanks to Sha for making my cupcakes and cake! It was pretty! Wouldn't be much more grateful for them all!

 Okay, this is the most epic moment. When this 2 Mother & Daughter wanting to take a photo with me, Sha kept hitting my head! And someone just had to snap this moment! Something I would be smiling wide looking at this picture.

 So here it is my 11 years of friend/neighbour ( he is on the left, the right is his gf & i hope they last! ) since like forever in the neighbourhood. Haha! Was really happy to see him because he actually saved the date! Awwww~

These are my MUAs. Eventually they are from EZZORA BRIDAL. But oh well, VIBES BRIDAL's outfit is what I am wearing. I was very happy about the makeup, especially the hairdo despite him ( on the most right had a grumbling tummy! ) and they are hilarious! Do look through their newly launched wedding outfits. It was nice!

 Here is my Banquet Team colleagues. The hand bouquet was a gift from them. Suke!
