So, as per the previous post, our Catering & Deco is done!
In my list, I have also ordered our door gifts. Yes, I kiasu you know! But it just makes me feel safe that my $$$ goes somewhere you see. Still, I have yet to decide what door gift to put in for non-muslims because, definitely, muslims would love the door gift. Simple yet meaningful and of an everyday usage too! Well, if you are in my list of invitation, you have to come to find out.
Let me emphasise that My Wedding is not a GRAND WEDDING that I am splurging so much into. It is more of the "After Marriage Finances" that we are concerned of. Okay, it's not like we are not ready for marriage life, it's just the economy that we worry about. You must prepare an umbrella to shelter a sudden downpour am I right or wrong? (Okay, this sounds so melayu peribahasa).
I have started off a few of my guest list. I am covering my connections that I am inviting which is close to me only. My invitations are limited and I have to carefully select my invitees. And here as well I am going to check on the guest list that my parents are planning too. I would not want them to just give out to anybody just like that but these guests will end up not coming. That aside, I will need to also start planning my itinerary.
Don't be shocked, I have 8 dayang2 (bridesmaids)! It is only fair enough that these girls shine on my big day. Fiancé is pretty cool with having lots of bridesmaids. Of course, it's me that is going to give the tasks out to them despite him having just 4 groomsmen. No matter what the number is, we would be glad to have them on our side. Well, they are only popping out during the cake cutting march in anyways. So they do not have much jobs to settle on. Except for maybe 2-3 main bridesmaids. Lain2 is to let them tangkap jambu laaaaaaaaaa. I have settled on their outfits and items, so I'm relieved!
Now we are just browsing time by time on deco's etc. In any case, our pre-marriage course is coming by real soon! Yes, you know we are so excited! Like, now we feel it that its already almost a year to our most awaited day. Gosh! 1 and a half years engaged just like that!
I am basically done with almost everything that we need. Just one more major thing. The venue. Praying hard that it is avail and no change in prices. Really, fingers crossed. And I am really hoping our venue to be the one for our wedding. Its the best for the both of us.
I have no pictures uploaded in my macbook because I am rarely on it exceptionally when I want to download songs and watch dramas or movies online. Talking about songs, we are still for songs to be played for our cake cutting and march in. Maybe, I need to listen to the radio more often.
Last thing, work. Work is a such a pain these days ever since. Really a mess. Like, arrogant people just goes through the entire place without a pain. But these people are those that is very fishy. Fishy people that acts professional or what they would call themselves as practitioners, are most likely to stab you on the back. They will be those that is blind and wants others to follow them. LOL! This time, I do not respect the new persons. Bcos, if there is no respect to me and others, they do not deserve one. So, all they will get is to be disrespected. Foolstop. Talking about this just makes be burn live fire now. I shall put a stop for the day. Goodnight everyone!!! Happy Holidays!
