April just can't get any better than this!

Last week was full of events.

Astro's Birthday Dinner > GX-5 Xtreme Swing > Izaidah's Engagement > KTMC 5th Anniversary > Staycation @ Bay Hotel > Adventure Cove > Massage = Taking Leave today!

Initally, I had not intentions (well, I did emphasize that I don't like Viking rides) but these bunch just had to persuade and bribe me to make me ride the GX-5 or the G-MAX. So, birthday boy just had to persuade so much to make me go up.

We went in the evening exactly on 7th April (his Birthday) to ride.

I tell you, I freak out lah. I ride roller coasters and do water activities but this ride ah, hantar nyawa betul! It doesn't have the hard harnest like roller coasters have. Soft material. Legs dangling. Full view. When we were already up there waiting for Astro to pull down the lever, macam2 doa keluar! The drop I couldn't describe ah. It was super scary!!! That the next few swings wasn't bad at all. Basically, it was just the first drop that was bad. Anyways, Birthday Boy got a free thumb drive with the video of us. Lucky boy! We watched the video last night, Astro was just the worst lah!! Look like he almost fainted. But, he took the challenge to ride so still had to congratulate him on that.

Saturday 9th April, Went to Izaidah's Engagement first in the afternoon with Farhana. Izaidah was gorgeous!!!
And I must tell the whole world how much I love the food served that day. Got my ulam & petai, Ayam lemak cili padi, Sambal sotong... Her kueh-kueh was really good too!!!

By then, Punggol was raining heavily. So, we took a cab over to ECP for the BBQ. There is more photos in FB but Im just gonna post these few.

Lastly, our flights for honeymoon is confirmed!

So, I have to get my itinerary and accommodations done soon.

Woohoo! City of Love, here we come!

Arwah Azman Bin Ahmad, my FIL.

I had not posted anything on my FIL after the hospital post for quite some time. The truth is, he has passed away on 26 December 2015, Saturday morning at about 6am.

The night before, I stayed at the hospital till late night from morning. Relatives of his that I have never met before came down too. We already know that it was anytime he will go. I wouldn't want to describe much how he looked like at that moment but definitely his condition worsened.

Informed my parents that they just had to come down that day because FIL really don't look too good. My parents were the last guests to visit that night. We knew that FIL had been waiting for my parents to come but he was already unable to speak. His eyes roll around responding to my father as an acknowledgement. We don't know what he wants to tell my father but it was something that we were saddened to see. Only then we realised why it was special that my parents came to be the last guests to see FIL.

My parents left shortly after. Initially I wanted to go home that night but because Fiancé had a abscess that he wanted to remove it the next day at the clinic first thing in the morning. So, decided that since it was very late and pitied Fiancé, I sleepover at my in laws.

We only reached home at about 3am. Showered and watched the TV for a while before going to sleep at about 4am.

I was already in deep sleep when I hear my phone ringing. It was a missed call from MIL. When I wanted to return call, my SIL called me and asked us to rush over.

Woke Fiancé up and I showered first. In the middle of my shower, I hear a knock on my door. I don't feel to good. Rushed my shower and came out only to see my Fiancé standing at a corner smoking fast.

" Ayah dah takde. Die dah pergi. "

Not sure if he was alright but I asked. Well, of course he doesn't right. So he showered and get ready to head over to the hospital. Mostly everyone was there. Made arrangements for the casket. SIL went back home first then afterwards me and MIL. Fiancé will have to wait till the casket comes to bring the body back home.

Everything went well for the ceremony. Had a last look of my FIL. And followed over to the Cemetery.

One thing for sure, we wouldn't want to see him suffer. And Allah loves him more. May his soul rest in peace and all his sins be forgiven. Amin.

ROMM Interview off the list!

It is now at the #3 month till our Wedding. Unbelievably cepattt!!

It is now the even most hectic month. I am arranging as much appointments as possible according to Fiancè's schedule. Tedious job ever okay. But what to do. So, last 2 days was the only time that we head down to ROMM for the interview. Just me, my father (well he is my Wali ofcos) and Fiancè. We went early but not very early lah, we reached at about 9.15am (traffic jam, sebab kite kluar about 8am). Then dah sampan je, we register at the kiosk. Well, I read from someone's blog that they rushed to the counter. I suppose that is because they reach at 8.30am. So mine tak teruk lah. Register at the counter and waited for our turn. We waited long kebab pakcik #7000 (his queue no. was 7000) tak tau buat ape dalam bilik kadi lama giler. Then came out turn. Wali went in first, followed by me then Fiancè. It was cepat lah. I ketuk pintu beri salam and masuk bilk kadi. Then sat down and he only ask have I gotten married before, first time at ROMM, am I engaged to someone else (???, I laughed!) then he check my particulars, time for quad and then angkat sumpah. Thats it. Tak payah pening ok.

ROMM Interview done!

DAH BOLEH KAHWIN!

Hahah!

Now I am setting appointments for my bridal which is this coming Friday. Then I am going to check on my wedding cake design, dulang trays, etc. But then once ur honeymoon flight is confirm, I will quickly make bookings for accommodation. Woohoo!
